Tim Radley – Director
Tim has been in the transport and building industry for over 30 years. He first created a business in transport with a number of trucks transporting material to the north-west. In 2000 he created Xearth which focused on removing waste generated from new home construction. In 2008 he commenced an innovation process with the development of small bins and a recycling truck for builders waste. He foresaw the change coming to the industry and wanted to be at the forefront of it. In 2010 he decided to merge his business with the MRC concept of ECR and the two systems now make a formidable, yet simple process for the builders’ waste.
Tim manages the business and is clearly an expert in all matters concerning earthworks, waste management, trucks, bobcats, screening and crushing.

Mic Hubon
The Team
It is hard to believe in 2010 the business only employed a handful of people.
Mic Hubon one of our senior operators from Baldivis and has been with the company for many years. His passion and customer focus enabled the first trial at Baldivis Quarter to be a success. In any new product, system or company there are lots of initial roadblocks, Mic was able to overcome these and show the builders and trades that the ECR system was unique, different and it would be a benefit in terms of safety presentation and delivery of a well-built home.
From small beginnings, the company now employs over 40 staff and is expected to grow substantially in the coming years.
